This house is absolutely amazing! We rented this home as a "Welcome to Arizona" gathering for our family and friends ahead of our wedding ceremony and reception at the Grand Canyon. We had 16 people in the house, and there was plenty of room to spare. The configuration of the rooms allows everyone a lot of privacy, and the large communal areas mean that everyone can gather together for meals and whatnot. The outdoor space is amazing as well; everyone enjoyed the pool and the basketball court (which also has a net that turns it into a small tennis court!). The house is conveniently located near downtown and old town Scottsdale meaning that there is plenty outside of the house, as well. We can't wait to go back!

My family and I rented this home for my son’s med school graduation and it was ideal for our three family reunion with young children. The house was spacious and allowed us all our own space and the backyard and pool were just beautiful. The pool is large and we had several fun days in it. The backyard barbeque was perfect for our large family meals. There is a nice Fry’s grocery store not far from the home which was also very convenient. Highly recommend this beautiful, private and quiet home!

It isn’t often that a vacation rental is 100 percent as good as the pictures. This one was 150 percent as good. The house was immaculately clean and very well provisioned. I, honestly, would have bought this home. We arrived tired after a long travel day and the immediately were able to relax. We had everything we needed. The pool and yard were clean and had lots of outdoor furniture. The beds were very comfortable with new pillows and the bathrooms (my personal OCD area) were like they had never been used. There was loads of closet space for all of us (four women on a golf vacation). The garage was spotless. This home is very well maintained and pride of ownership is obvious throughout. When I return to Arizona I won’t look any further as long as this house is available.
